Our six-step process guides groups to progress from concept to discernment, design, and execution. Each function is crucial to engage in innovative, well-researched action that empowers marketplace and ministry leaders to accomplish something that can only be done by working together.
1. Contact
We engage our network to bring ministry and marketplace leaders together to define the problem to be addressed.
2. Concept
We guide leaders to imagine solutions and collaborate for exponential impact.
3. Convene
We gather ministry and marketplace leaders to discern God’s leading, clarify outcomes, and innovate solutions.
4. Catalyze
Having discerned vision and outcomes we catalyze experts, research, funding and leadership to implement the vision.
5. Capacity
We work with initiative partners to ensure funding and human resources are available to execute plans.
6. Completion
We provide the operational support for the collective work of initiative partners.
